Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

At C.M. College (Arts and Commerce), the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a mandated body established to maintain order and ensure the institution operates smoothly. The ICC serves as the primary platform for addressing complaints related to personal grievances, institutional issues, or other concerns, functioning as the first point of contact for those seeking redress.

The committee plays a crucial role in upholding the principles outlined in government regulations and ensuring their objectives are met. Its key responsibilities include enforcing policies aimed at preventing sexual harassment, curbing ragging, addressing substance abuse, and resolving grievances effectively. By doing so, the ICC fosters a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone at the college.

In accordance with the directives issued by central and state authorities, as well as guidelines based on Supreme Court rulings concerning workplace and institutional complaints, C.M. College has formally established the Internal Complaints Committee. This body is committed to safeguarding the rights and dignity of students, staff, and faculty, ensuring fairness and harmony within the institution.
