Feedback Structure and Process
C. M. College is a premium institution in the Mithila region established in 1938. The college since its establishment has been working closely with the society to achieve its aims and objective to provide quality education and transform the society. It gives opportunities to all stakeholders to contribute in the process of knowledge share through suggestions and experiences. The institution provides both graduate and postgraduate level education. It also provides education in professional courses such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). There are certificate and diploma courses run by the college to equip students for job market. The institution is committed to provide a quality and job-oriented education which is reflected in its curriculum delivery mechanism.
Feedback
Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college aligning with its objective is committed to assess the quality of education in the college and student friendly environment in the campus besides, adopting strategies for fulfilling long term sustainable and eco-friendly practices. In this context, the cell conducts survey of stakeholders for to received inputs with the objective to take appropriate steps for improvement of the quality of the education.
Objective of the Feedback
- To assess the quality of education
- To identify the issues faced by students
- To evaluate the expectations of the students with respect to their academic achievements
- To provide a forum for all stakeholders to give their feedback for further improvement with respect to education, infrastructure, and administration
Feedback Structure
The structure of the feedback involves getting response through both offline and online mode from students, teachers, employers, alumni and parents.
Feedback Process
Stage 1:-
Collection of data takes place at stage 1 through online/offline mode using google form (online) and printed questionnaire (offline).
Stage 2:-
Analysis of feedback takes place at this stage. The collected data is analysed and report is prepared.
Stage 3:-
A plan of action is devised as per the feedback which also includes strategies and measures for further improvement in the areas concern.
